Guerlain déploie une gestion rigoureuse de la performance environnementale de ses sites à travers la norme ISO 14001.

Chaque filiale est auditée sur la base d’une check-list d’une centaine d’indicateurs, adaptée aux différents types de sites et d’activités. Elle permet d’identifier les priorités d’action, d’accompagner les projets (déménagements, rénovations...) et de suivre les progrès. Cette grille peut évoluer selon les nouvelles techniques disponibles et les évolutions réglementaires.
